Find your tickets
After payment succeeds, we send the buyer a secure booking link, a QR ticket for each attendee, and a GST invoice. Check the inbox and junk folder for the email used at checkout.
Open the secure booking link to view or resend tickets. The QR page displays ticket status; entry is confirmed only by authorised event staff at the door.
Payments and refunds
The checkout total is shown in Australian dollars inclusive of GST. Your invoice separately identifies the net amount and GST. Tickets are non-refundable except where required by law. An exceptional case is handled only by an authorised administrator under the applicable terms and conditions; the booking site has no refund request path.
