Ticket purchases
Before payment, the ticket site shows the total in Australian dollars inclusive of GST. When payment is successful, the buyer receives a booking confirmation, QR ticket and tax invoice. Tickets are non-refundable except where required by law. Any exceptional case is assessed by an authorised administrator under the applicable terms and conditions; refunds cannot be requested or processed through this ticket site.
